My favorite low-effort upgrade for therapy

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me thru teh part where therapy stopped feeling new.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about teh version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

Part of me wanted teh fancy version with all teh tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with teh conversation for a while

I agree with the goal and disagree with the method. I would love to see a follow-up after 5 weeks. Small progress still counts

Beautifully put. I needed that reminder today. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me

My first thought was cost, then time, then whether I would remember to do it. I keep a note about habits for exactly this reason

Amazing how much difference one small change can make. I would test it for 6 days before deciding. The follow-through matters more than the perfect plan

Interesting. I would like to see how it changes after 4 months. It sounds small, but the routine matters

Beautifully put. I needed that reminder today. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability. The follow-through matters more than the perfect plan

This is adorable and oddly motivating. My only addition is to make the first step visible

This sounds good, but in practice it can be a bad idea without more context. The social part surprised me too
