How do you stay consistent when mobility work gets boring and time is tight?

Mobility got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam. I'm not an expert; I'm just trying to make it less intimidating. I've been noting what works and what feels awkward. Keeping the first step visible, removing one annoying decision, and appreciating the boring repetition have helped. How do you keep going once it stops feeling new?

glad you shared it; small wins count. That is where the boring checklist helps

I'd avoid optimizing before you've had feedback. Start small, keep notes, and adjust from what actually works rather than trying to solve everything at once.
