“Tiny progress is still progress” sounds cheesy, but it helped when the job routine stopped feeling new. I felt stuck over winter and started experimenting with interview prep. If the setup takes less than two minutes, I’m much more likely to do it. Keeping the first step visible and removing one annoying decision helped me stick with it.
