A beginner mistake I am weirdly glad I made in real life

I tried this in Kuala Lumpur with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more then the perfect plan.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 9 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it

Anecdotally, this tracks with what I have seen. I would write it down before changing anything else. The hidden expense is usually time

Glad you shared it; small wins count. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability

agree completely. The simple version is underrated. That is the kind of detail beginners miss

Same here. It took me too long to learn

my version of this was messier, but the conclusion was similar. The social part surprised me too

What happened after the first week? I am curious whether mistake stayed easy. I noticed the same thing in Kuala Lumpur

There is probably a middle ground here. It sounds small, but the first draft matters

The vibe here is immaculate. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error

I do not have a strong take, but the glad detail is useful
