A beginner mistake I was glad to make

I tried this with a friend in Cairo, and the social part mattered more than having a perfect plan. I wanted to make Vegan Kitchen feel less intimidating, so I’m sharing what felt awkward as well as what worked. The simpler approach was easier to keep up with.

I like the idea, but the setup probably matters a lot. The 7-minute rule is underrated. A squeeze of lemon would probably wake it up
