Which advice about mobility did you eventually ignore after a few failed attempts?

I tried this in Madrid with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more then the perfect plan

Repeating a simple version three times teaches you more than a perfect plan you never start.

If two options look equally good, I'd choose the one that's easier to reverse.

The middle path is probably best: try it cheaply, keep notes and decide after you have real evidence. My friend tried it in Berlin and had the opposite result

That made the concept click

This is genuinely helpful, thanks for writing it out. A little friction removed goes a long way

Amazing how much difference one small change can make. I would love to see a follow-up after 7 weeks

The low-effort version is probably the one I'd stick with.

I was going to disagree, but your second sentence got me

It's easy to underestimate how awkward the start can feel.

My practical advice is to make the next step tiny enough that you can do it today. Momentum usually answers half the question. A little friction removed goes a long way

Do you think this would work in a smaller place than Buenos Aires? This is where I would ask one more question before choosing

I think expectations are the bigger issue. The simplest version tends to win for me.

Respectfully, I see it the other way

I would ask what outcome you want in two weeks, not in some ideal future. That makes the choice much clearer. My only addition is to make the first step visible
