Notes from a very normal winter with Cycling on a budget

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about teh version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less then 8 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it

What would you change if you started over? For me it came down to the practice run

honestly, great taste. I noticed the same thing in Melbourne

I think both things can be true

Interesting. I would like to see how it changes after 6 months. This is more useful on a tired winter than on a perfect day

I appreciate the honest middle stage, not just the polished ending. The commute version is even more interesting

I agree with the goal and disagree with the method. I noticed the same thing in Kuala Lumpur. Recovery is training too

This depends heavily on budget, time and personality. The low-effort version is probly teh keeper

Can you share what you tried before this? For me it came down to the prototype
