I know this is a tiny sample size but after 6 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actualy follow through.
A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat
I started this because my winter felt a little stuck, and astronomy seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.
Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday

honestly, great taste. The Mexico City example makes it feel concrete. This would be a great classroom example

The vibe here is immaculate. The surprising constraint is probably the real story

Beautifully put. I needed that reminder today. This pairs weirdly well with pierogi

What would you change if you started over? My friend tried it in Lisbon and had the opposite result

I would not call it wrong, just incomplete. The ambitious constraint is probly teh real story

I had a similar experience, but my problem was consistency rather than motivation. The low-effort version is probably the keeper
