A beginner mistake I am weirdly glad I made before coffee
I started this because my lunch break felt a little stuck, and funding seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.
This is probly obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. product got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.
Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the first draft for a while

I love this. It feels practical without pretending life is neat. A little friction removed goes a long way

the coffee angle is what sold me. The 5-minute rule is underrated

I would push back gently on the glad part. The Toronto example makes it feel concrete

Amazing how much difference one small change can make. I would love to see a follow-up after 6 weeks

The kindness in this post is lovely. For me it came down to the conversation. The hidden expense is usually time

Helpful and not preachy, which is rare. I would write it down before changing anything else

This has cozy competence written all over it. The social part surprised me too. I would document the agreement in writing
