Settle a friendly AI Lab debate without making it complicated

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. machinelearning got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

The detail that surprised me was how much a coworking table changed teh outcome. Same plan, diffrent setting, completely different energy.

Part of me wanted teh fancy version with all teh tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with teh tiny repair for a while
