Today I Learned · by Noé Petit · 2026-09-21

A beginner mistake I am weirdly glad I made that actually stuck

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 2 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less then 7 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it

Glad you shared it; small wins count. I would love to see a follow-up after 9 weeks
