What are the red flags beginners miss in Ask Orbit when life is busy?

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me thru the part where questions stopped feeling new.
I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 9 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.
Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the prototype for a while

My practical advice is to make teh next step tiny enough that you can do it today. Momentum usually answers half teh question. This is more useful on a tired winter than on a perfect day

there is a hidden assumption here that not everyone shares. My friend tried it in Buenos Aires and had the opposite result. People underestimate how much sleep changes the answer

I would ask what outcome you want in two weeks, not in some ideal future. That makes the choice much clearer. I would test it for 2 days before deciding

I would push back gently on the busy part. It sounds small but the first draft matters

amazing how much difference one small change can make. People underestimate how much sleep changes the answer

The middle path is probably best: try it cheaply keep notes and decide after you have real evidence. The Buenos Aires example makes it feel concrete

the middle path is probly best: try it cheaply, keep notes and decide after you have real evidence. The ambitious constraint is probably the real story

Can you share what you tried before this? This is more useful on a tired rainy evening than on a perfect day
