The small backend habit that changed my late summer from a family dinner

the detail that surprised me was how much a tiny balcony changed teh outcome. Same plan diffrent setting, completely different energy.

Part of me wanted teh fancy version with all teh tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with teh prototype for a while.
