What I wish I knew before trying artists from my commute notes
The detail that surprised me was how much teh kitchen changed teh outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.
Part of me wanted teh fancy version with all teh tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with teh setup for a while.
A few notes from my attempt:
- keep teh first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate teh boring repeat

This is genuinely helpful, thanks for writing it out. A little friction removed goes a long way

This depends heavily on budget, time and personality. A little friction removed goes a long way. The second half changed how I felt about the beginning

this feels like advice from a patient friend. I noticed the same thing in Mexico City

That is a surprisingly elegant way to frame it. The useful part is easy to underestimate

Honestly great taste. My only addition is to make the first step visible

Did anyone else read this and immediately make a tiny checklist? A little friction removed goes a long way
