Wholesome · by Inês Ferreira · 2026-09-09

The small community habit that changed my quiet Sunday after a tiny failure

Context: I am not an expert, just someone trying to make Wholesome feel less intimidating. I wrote down what worked, what felt awkward, and what I would do differently next time.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 2 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the practice run for a while.

The conclusion is too broad, but the example is interesting. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability

Really good advice, and it feels doable

Wonderful detail. It makes the whole thing feel real. I would write it down before changing anything else

Good reminder that boring can be good. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near a coworking table

Excellent timing; I was just thinking about tiny. This pairs weirdly well with shakshuka

I disagree a bit. community matters, but the bigger issue is usually expectations. The social part surprised me too
