My 10-month experiment with concerts from the corner shop
Context: I am not an expert, just someone trying to make Music feel less intimidating. I wrote down what worked, what felt awkward, and what I would do differently next time.
The detail that surprised me was how much a trailhead changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.
> Tiny progress is still progress.

Glad you shared it; small wins count. The Warsaw example makes it feel concrete

that is a surprisingly elegant way to frame it. The a trailhead detail changes the whole answer

I like this more then the top-level advice

I am skeptical. The idea sounds good, but the maintenance cost is real. Sound design deserves more credit

Agree completely. The simple version is underrated. The social part surprised me too

I think the bad version of this advice causes a lot of frustration. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me

Do you think this would work in a smaller place than Cairo? I would test it for 6 days before deciding

What would you change if you started over? The late summer version is even more interesting
