My neighbour (82) asked me to teach her to video call her great-grandkid. Today she did it alone
Took us three Sunday afternoons and a sticky note on her tablet that says 'green button = hello'. She called me afterwards just to tell me she did it, and then said 'see I didn't need you'. Made my week.
