For cash payouts, look for a distributing UCITS ETF, usually marked 'Dist', rather than an accumulating one. Check the issuer's distribution history for the payment schedule: quarterly doesn't mean the amount stays the same, and a higher yield isn't automatically a better return.

Which country are you tax resident in, and do you need the income in euros? That can change the shortlist quite a bit. Also, are you after dividend stocks specifically, or would a bond ETF fit what you're looking for?
