Is the latest flagship phone worth upgrading from a 3 year old one?

Battery health on mine is 82 percent and that's the only real complaint. Cameras are better but I rarely notice. Upgrade or wait?

cost vs benefit matters here, we ran numbers on phone upgrades and the payoff came later than expected

As someone who does this for a living, the biggest cost with phone upgrades is the stuff nobody puts in the demo!
