Keeping space learning simple as a beginner

I'm no expert, just trying to make space feel less intimidating. After five attempts, keeping the setup simple seems to help me follow through. If it takes less than eight minutes to prepare, I'm more likely to keep doing it. One notebook, one reminder, and being willing to be clumsy with the routine have helped more than fancy tools. I've been noting what worked and what I'd change.
