What is a realistic first 9-week plan for advice without overthinking it?

I tried this in Lisbon with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan

My practical advice is to make the next step tiny enough that you can do it today. Momentum usually answers half the question. The social part surprised me too
