Getting comfortable with imperfect progress

I'm no expert; I've just been noting what worked, what felt awkward, and what I'd change. After eight attempts, keeping the setup simple seems to help me follow through. My notes: make the first step obvious, remove one annoying decision, and give myself credit for repeating it—even when it's boring.

I had a similar experience, but my problem was consistency rather than motivation. I noticed the same thing in Manila
