Making comfort less of a project

I'm no expert, but I've noticed I'm more likely to stick with something if it takes less than seven minutes to prepare.

I've been writing down what worked and what felt awkward. So far: keep the first step visible, remove one annoying decision, and give the boring repeat some credit.

this has cozy competence written all over it. The low-effort version is probably the keeper

The conclusion feels a bit broad, but the example is interesting. A boring checklist helps here.

The boring logistics are always the hidden part

Agree completely. The simple version is underrated.

Did anyone else read this and immediately make a tiny checklist?

I care less about a perfect answer and more about being able to repeat it.

I like this more then the top-level advice

I appreciate seeing the middle stage, not just a polished ending. Process photos would be fun to see.

My version of this was messier, but the conclusion was similar. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability

I think expectations are the bigger issue. For me, it came down to the setup.

This. Exactly this

I'd like to see how this changes after five months. Process photos would be fun too.

the vibe here is immaculate. I used to overcomplicate this constantly

I think both things can be true
