Interiors got easier when I stopped treating it like an exam
I keep coming back to three things: keep the first step visible, remove one annoying decision, and give the boring repeat some credit.
If it takes less than nine minutes to prepare, I'm much more likely to keep doing it. It only clicked recently that every attempt doesn't have to feel like a final exam.

Agree completely. The simple version is underrated. Process photos would be fun to see

I like the idea, but the setup probably matters a lot. The useful part is easy to underestimate

I am saving this for the next time I overthink expectations. That is where the boring checklist helps

glad you shared it; small wins count. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me

This reminds me of something a friend in Melbourne mentioned, and a conversation near a neighborhood park.

People's constraints vary a lot, so I'm not sure this works for everyone. Process photos would be fun to see.

I like this more then the top-level advice

This made me smile more than expected. Makes me want to start a weekend project.
