Keeping training simple enough to repeat
My quiet Sunday felt a bit stuck, so I started experimenting with training. The smallest change was the one I kept.
If it takes less than seven minutes to prepare, I'm more likely to keep doing it. The corner shop changed the outcome more than I expected: same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

I love this. It feels practical without pretending life is neat. Consistency beats intensity here

The boring logistics are always the hidden part. I'd make the first step visible.

My friend tried it in Lisbon and had the opposite result.

I am saving this for the next time I overthink people. It sounds small, but the first draft matters

I appreciate the honest middle stage, not just the polished ending. My friend tried it in Buenos Aires and had the opposite result. The best gear is the one that gets used

What would you change if you started over? Honestly, the simplest version wins for me

this is useful for some cases, but terrible advice if the stakes are high. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near a coworking table

I used to overcomplicate this constantly.

I'm curious how this will feel next month.
