Notes from a very normal commute with Programming without making it complicated
I tried this in Buenos Aires with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.
I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.
I started this becuase my first week felt a little stuck, and architecture seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept

There is a hidden assumption here that not everyone shares. I would test it for 9 days before deciding

Interesting. I would like to see how it changes after 6 months. I am curious whether java still feels good next month

I appreciate the honest middle stage, not just the polished ending. My only addition is to make the first step visible

Honestly, this is a little too vague to be useful. My only addition is to make the first step visible. Good reminder that tools should serve people, not the reverse
